Soul Card Studio – Store & Service Policy Last updated: June 2025

1. Refund Policy

All sales are final.

  • We do not offer refunds on digital products, readings, courses, or print on demand products.

  • Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.

  • If you receive a defective print on demand product notify us within 3 days of receipt.

2. Appointment, Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • Booking Confirmation: All appointments require advance payment to secure your time slot.

  • Reschedule Window: You may reschedule or transfer your session up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time without penalty.

  • Late Reschedule / No-Show:

    • Reschedule requests made less than 24 hours before your appointment will forfeit the session fee.

    • Failure to attend or connect within 10 minutes of your scheduled appointment time is considered a no-show and likewise results in forfeiture.

  • How to Reschedule: Contact us at least 24 hours prior via email (support@soulcardstudio.com) or through your client portal. We will send a confirmation of your new date/time.

3. Digital Products, Defective POD Products & Downloads

  • Upon purchase, digital downloads (e.g., cheat sheets, e-books) are delivered immediately via email link or your account dashboard.

  • If you experience any technical issues accessing your download, please contact support within 7 days of purchase for assistance.

  • If you receive a defective print on demand (POD) product within 3 days, take a pictures of the defective product and email us at support@soulcardstudio.com. No need to ship it back to us. We will either re-order the item or issue refund.

4. Session Recordings & Confidentiality

  • Readings and coaching sessions may be recorded at your request.

  • Soul Card Studio maintains strict confidentiality—your personal information and session details will never be shared without your explicit consent.

5. Liability & Disclaimers

  • Content and readings are offered for educational and personal-growth purposes only.

  • Soul Card Studio does not guarantee specific outcomes. Decisions based on insights are the client’s responsibility.

  • We are not licensed therapists or financial advisors; please seek professional counsel for medical, legal, or financial matters.
